On top of this, our all-encompassing approach sees us work with clients to produce a client brief and key deliverables that we can then follow through a staged process.

Project Management
We work with clients throughout each phase to define and execute the essential elements of a major horticultural project – Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement. In addition to this, we provide deliverables to the client across each Project Milestone to ensure that we’re both minimizing risk and helping the client reach their exact requirements.
